Matched Pair of Half-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jars, Stenciled "T.F. REPPERT. / GREENSBORO, / PA.," circa 1880, pair of semi-ovoid jars with tooled shoulders and semi-rounded rims, each decorated with the same T.F. Reppert maker's stencil, including a stenciled tulip at the center. One with two glazed-over chips to underside of rim and some minor surface wear and minor water glass residue to surface. Other with water glass residue to rim and minor wear and residue to surface. H (of each) 8 1/8".
