Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Vase, attributed to J.H. Owen, Moore County, NC, early 20th century, with footed base, ovoid shoulder, and semi-rounded rim, the shoulder decorated with incised crossing line decoration and brushed cobalt slashes. Cobalt highlight to rim. Base chips. Drain hole added to underside during use. H 7 1/4".
