Rare Shenandoah Valley Multi-Glazed Redware Pitcher, attributed to J. Eberly & Co., Strasburg, VA, circa 1890, cylindrical form with flattened back, footed base, and applied handle, the surface decorated with streaks of cream, green, and brown slip under clear lead glaze. The only Shenandoah Valley pitcher of this form that we have seen. Loss to spout. Wear to rim. H 5 1/4".
