Four Glazed Redware Articles, American, 19th and 20th centuries, a lead-glazed jug with daubed manganese decoration, Norwalk, CT origin, mid 19th century; a lead-glazed bowl with spattered manganese decoration, likely made by an apprentice potter; a slip-decorated cup, attributed to Henry Schofield, Cecil County, MD, early 20th century; a lidded, lead-glazed batter pitcher with sponged manganese decoration. Jug with wear to spout, some light wear to body, a base chip, and a few minor base nicks. Bowl in excellent, essentially as-made condition. Cup with some restoration to shallow rim chips. Batter pitcher with rim and spout wear and base chips. Lid in excellent condition with a tiny edge nick. H (of batter pitcher with lid) 8 3/4".
