Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Western PA origin, circa 1875, ovoid jar with semi-squared rim, decorated with two freehand tulips emanating from curved stems. Freehand straight and wavy stripe decoration to shoulder and base. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with some light staining.
