One-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Thomas Haig, Jr., Philadelphia, PA, circa 1875, ovoid pitcher with footed base and tooled accents to collar and body, decorated with three large tulips extending from a horizontal stripe at base. Collar decorated with four groups of horizontal swags. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. A restored chip to left side of spout with a restored crack descending from it several inches down front of pitcher, including two short, faint hairlines extending from it. A tiny in-the-firing ping to side of rim.
