Two Pieces of Tanware, American, circa 1885, a large, ovoid pitcher with flared collar and Albany slip fuchsia vine decoration, New Geneva or Greensboro, PA origin; paired with a flowerpot with attached saucer and dipped Albany slip glaze. Provenance: Collection of Lorren Lambert, Staunton, VA. Pitcher with significant restoration to spout. Flowerpot with a chip and contact mark to rim, hairlines, and residue to surface from use. H (of pitcher) 9 3/8".
