Redware Plate with Copper Slip Decoration, attributed to the Singer Pottery, Haycock Township, Bucks County, PA, fourth quarter 19th century, with coggled edge, the interior decorated with two groups of bright copper slip trails with curled ends. Provenance: A fresh-to-the-market example, discovered by a Singer family descendant in the 1950s in one of several boxes stored away in the eaves of the Singer Pottery warehouse. Wear and knife marks to interior. Diameter 8 5/8".
