Two Pieces of Salt-Glazed Stoneware, second half 19th century, a one-gallon jar, decorated with a brushed cobalt tulip on the front and reverse, attributed to J.B. Magee, Washington County, VA, paired with a churn lid. Provenance: The Stradlings; Jar purchased from Ruth Marion, 5 January 1974. Jar with a 3 1/4" chip to rim and two smaller base chips. Lid with a loss to edge and significant chips.
