Highly Unusual Large-Sized Sewertile Figure of a Railroad Worker, Signed and Dated "Bryon / 74", probably Ohio, 1974, hand-modeled figure of a man in distinctive cap playing the harmonica. Good detail throughout including buttoned shirt, heavy boots with ringed accents, and a comb in one of the figure's back pockets. Incised on reverse near base, "Bryon / '74". Figure may represent a "hobo" or railroad worker. A sewertile sculpture of massive proportions. Excellent condition with one small loss to comb. H 32 1/4".
