Two-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1880, ovoid-bodied pitcher with footed base and short, flaring collar, decorated at the base of the collar with a brushed swag and hanging flower motif. Additional brushed swags to spout. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with some light staining.
