Large-Sized Glazed Redware Cake Mold, Stamped "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO'", PA origin, circa 1850-1880, with turk's head form, the surface covered in a clear lead glaze over a pumpkin-orange ground. Very nice condition with some typical wear to rim and tip of central tube, which has darkened from use. Some staining to surface. H 5 3/8" ; Diameter (across top) 8 3/4".
