Three-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Bird Decoration, Stamped "HAXSTUN & CO. / FORT EDWARD, N.Y.", circa 1875, cylindrical jar with rounded shoulder, flared rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with a slip-trailed design of a bird perched on a leaf. Two-glazed over pings to front. Two chips on interior of rim.
