Two Pieces of Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware, third quarter 19th century, a one-gallon pitcher with brushed floral decoration, attributed to Samuel Irvine, Newville, PA, paired with a one-gallon jug with brushed floral decoration, stamped "W.H. FARRAR / GEDDES, NY". Pitcher with restored handle, restoration to body, and wear to rim and spout. Jug with 2" hairline to shoulder, some fry to cobalt, and a few small base chips.
