Fine Redware Plate with Two-Color-Slip Tulip Decoration, Dryville, PA origin, 19th century, with coggled edge, the interior featuring a large slip-trailed tulip with yellow petals and wavy manganese center. Provenance: A fresh-to-the-market example, purchased by the consignor in the 1970s. Rim chips. Some small surface flakes to interior. Wear to reverse. Diameter 8 5/8".
