Scarce Half-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Long Branch, New Jersey Advertising, attributed to the Fulper Bros. Pottery, Flemington, NJ, circa 1900, cylindrical jug with tooled spout and Bristol-slip-glazed surface, featuring the slip-trailed cobalt advertising "S.W. Haysman. / 130 Sixth Ave. / Long Branch. / N.J.". Excellent size. Provenance: Recently found in a New Jersey home, wrapped in 1950s newspaper. A star-shaped line to the "y" in "Haysman". A small ping below the "L" in "Long" with a faint 1 1/2" line extending through it. Otherwise essentially as-made condition. H 9".
