Two Pieces of Jugtown Pottery, North Carolina origin, second quarter 20th century, a glazed milkpan with olive clay and orange spotting, paired with a plate with copper sponging. Both unmarked. Plate with a small flake to reverse and two in-the-firing contact marks. Milkpan with wear to interior of rim and some light surface wear. Diameter (of plate) 8 1/2".
