Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Harvest Jug, probably Ohio origin, circa 1860-1885, beehive form with heavily-tooled shoulder, applied large and small sized spouts, and horizontal handle to top, decorated on one side with a slip-trailed "2" surrounded by a stylized daisy blossom. Two pieces broken out of handle and reglued. Salt drip to shoulder. Loss to tip of smaller spout. H 13 1/2".
