Two Baltimore, MD Stoneware Jars, circa 1870, a one-gallon jar with cobalt stripe and clover motif, paired with a one-and-a-half-gallon jar with two-stemmed clover motif on the front and reverse, along with a cobalt stripe at shoulder. One-gallon jar with a small flake to rim and a faint hairline on underside, continuing a short distance onto base. One-and-a-half-gallon jar with staining, a faint X-shaped hairline on underside, and a 1 3/8" hairline from rim.
