Half-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug with Paterson, NJ Advertising, New York State origin, circa 1875, cylindrical jug with tooled spout and applied handle, featuring the slip-trailed cobalt advertising "J.L. Raymond / 70 Cross St." with a script "1/2" above. Excellent condition with some staining and old brown-colored residue to reverse, and a minor chip to underside at edge with a 1 1/4" faint line ascending from it.
