Scarce Glazed Redware Vase, Stamped "JOHN BELL," Waynesboro, PA origin, circa 1840-1880, with wide-footed base, bulbous midsection, and flared rim, the surface decorated with a flowing lead-and-manganese glaze. Lightly-impressed John Bell maker's mark on underside. Very nice condition with some light glaze scratches to midsection and scratches to underside. H 7 5/8".
