One-Gallon Stoneware Cream Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "EVAN R. JONES / PITTSTON, PA," circa 1875, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with a large brushed tulip design. Cobalt highlights to maker's mark. Some fry to cobalt. A tiny glazed-over nick to one handle and two very minor nicks to opposite handle.
