Lot of Three Glazed Redware Flasks, probably Huntington, Long Island, New York origin, circa 1800-1840, all of similar pinched form with rounded spout, one with daubed manganese decoration and clear lead glaze, one with reddish-brown lead-and-manganese glaze, one with blackish lead-and-manganese glaze. Provenance: All collected in the Long Island, New York area. Manganese-daubed example with some typical spout wear. Brown-glazed example with spout wear, a shallow spout flake, and surface wear. Black-glazed example with scratches to surface and some spout wear. H (of smallest) 6 3/8".
