One-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Clover Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1870, ovoid pitcher footed base and tooling to collar and body, the front decorated with a two-stemmed clover plant design extending up the front. Brushed swags flanking the spout and highlights surrounding the handle terminals. Restoration to front, including some touch-up to areas of decoration. Restoration to left side of pitcher's rim / collar.
