Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Stenciled "A.P. DONAGHHO, / PARKERSBURG. W.Va.," circa 1880, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim, featuring A.P. Donaghho maker's stenciling below a stenciled "2" surrounded by geometric designs. Some dryness to surface on reverse. A minor rim chip. A glazed-over, pre-firing scratch to surface near base.
