Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "BROWN BROTHERS / HUNTINGTON. LI," New York State origin, circa 1865, squat-shaped, ovoid jug with semi-rounded spout and angled strap handle, decorated on the front with two lightly-brushed cobalt tulips. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with a minuscule nick to spout.
