Wonderful Huntington, Long Island Stoneware Presentation Pitcher, Inscribed "Huntington June 8th 1882," attributed to the Brown Brothers Pottery, Huntington, Long Island, New York, ovoid-bodied pitcher with ribbed handle, flared collar, and Albany-slip-glazed surface, featuring the incised inscription "For Little Raymond" at the midsection and "Huntington June 8th 1882" across the base. Incised stylized vine around rim. Provenance: Donald Matties Collection. A 9/16" filled chip on side of rim. Otherwise excellent condition. H 5".
