Four-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Midwestern origin, circa 1880, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles, the shoulder decorated with two tulips flanking a cobalt script "4", along with additional flourishes. Cobalt highlights to front handle terminals. 6 1/4" restored crack at base on left side of crock's front. This crack continues unrestored across underside.
