Two Pieces of Norton Stoneware. Bennington, VT origin, circa 1870-90, with spotted leaf decorations, a one-gallon jug, stamped “E & L P NORTON / BENNINGTON, VT”, and a three-gallon jar, stamped “E NORTON & CO / BENNINGTON VT”. Jug with staining, two faint lines near base, small chip to side, and light surface wear. Jar with large crack on side, extending to underside.
