One-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "W.H. FARRAR / GEDDES, N.Y," circa 1860, narrow jug with semi-rounded rim, decorated with three large tulips emanating from a central stem with leaves. Cobalt highlight to maker's mark. Flakes to handle and a crack through handle. Chip to spout with 1 3/4" hairline descending from it. Two base chips. Some staining. A few other worn spots to surface. Some light traces of old green paint.
