Diminutive Stoneware Druggist Jug, Stamped "ROSSMAN & MCKINSTRY / DRUGGITS HUDSON NY," third quarter 19th century, semi-ovoid jug with rounded spout featuring the impressed and cobalt-highlighted advertising "ROSSMAN & MCKINSTRY / DRUGGITS HUDSON NY". Note the typographical error in the word "DRUGGIST," in which the "S" and "T" are transposed. Desirable small size. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with a minor glazed-over surface nick near base. H 7 1/4".
