Slip-Decorated Redware Plate, Inscribed "St. Fidelas Martyr," Norwalk, CT origin, mid 19th century, with coggled edge, the interior inscribed "St. Fidelas Martyr" in yellow slip script and covered in a clear lead glaze. Flakes to interior. Rim chips. A 4 3/4" crack from rim and a knife mark to interior. Diameter 10 1/4".
