Redware Plate with Three-Color Slip Tulip Decoration, Dryville, PA origin, 19th century, decorated with a large tulip blossom in green, dark brown, and light brown slip. Interior covered in a clear lead glaze. A desirable Berks County, PA motif. Provenance: A fresh-to-the-market example from a forty-year Pennsylvania antiques collection. A small flake to interior. A few minor flakes near rim. Small rim chips. Some staining. D 8".
