Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Pig Bottle, Midwestern origin, fourth quarter 19th century, molded in the form of a reclining pig with large applied ears, impressed eyes, and incised details to snout, the rear with applied tail, testicles, and circular spout. Light salt glaze to surface with cobalt highlights to ears, eyes, snout, testicles, tail, and spout. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. L 8 1/4".
