Two Virginia Stoneware Jars, circa 1865, a one-gallon jar with cobalt swag decoration, attributed to David Parr, Jr., Richmond, VA, paired with a half-gallon jar, stamped ".C MILBURN", presumably a broken stamp used by Benedict C. Milburn's son, Stephen Calvert. Parr jar with salt drip and Y-shaped hairline on underside, continuing horizontally onto base. Milburn jar in excellent condition with minor rim nicks.
