Three Pieces of Hart Family Stoneware with Cobalt Decoration, Ogdensburgh, NY origin, second half 19th century, a squat-shaped, two-gallon jug with slip-trailed daisy decoration, stamped "W. HART / OGDENSBURGH"; a two-gallon jar with slip-trailed flowering plant decoration, stamped "W. HART / OGDENSBURGH"; and a four-gallon jar with slip-trailed foliate design, stamped "C. HART / SHERBURNE". W. Hart jug missing handle with salt drips, a large drip of post-firing residue to side, and a thin crack across underside, extending a short distance onto base on front. W. Hart jar with rim chips, a few handle chips, and a salt drip to underside. C. Hart jar with heavy staining to surface, otherwise excellent condition.
