Two Pieces of Glazed Redware, American, 19th century, a squat-shaped pitcher with streaky glaze, including greenish and reddish-brown hues, possibly New England; with a handled jar with manganese streaks and heavy lead glaze, New England origin. Pitcher with base chips, two small rim chips, additional light wear to rim, spout, and handle, and a short line in rim. Handled jar with significant chipping to base, chips and wear to handle, small chips and wear to rim, and wear and some varnished flakes to body. H (of pitcher) 5 3/8".
