Four Pieces of Utilitarian Stoneware, American, late 19th century, a half-gallon jar with Albany slip glaze, stamped "COWDEN & WILCOX," circa 1865; a half-gallon Albany-slip-glazed jug, stamped "COWDEN & SON / HARRISBURG, PA," circa 1900; a brown-and-white-glazed, unmarked canning jar; and an Albany-slip-glazed, unmarked canning jar. A 1 1/4" chip to interior of rim on brown-and-white-glazed canning jar. Two minor nicks to rim of Albany-slip-glazed canning jar. All in otherwise excellent condition. H (of Cowden & Wilcox jar) 6 1/4".
