Two Pieces of Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware, American, 19th century, a Bristol-slip-glazed, semi-ovoid pitcher with swag decoration at the midsection and tassel-shaped brushwork around the collar, probably Philadelphia; paired with a half-gallon cylindrical jar with brushed flower blossom decoration. Pitcher with 1 1/2” rim chip on reverse and two short lines to base area. Jar with small rim chip, minor rim nick, two small contact marks, a shallow chip on underside at edge, and some small surface flakes.
