Stoneware Presentation Mug, Inscribed "JOHN. SOULAN.," possibly Ohio origin, late 19th century, cylindrical jug with foot base and tooled shoulder, the surface covered in a chocolate-brown Albany slip glaze, the front incised "JOHN SOULAN" with foliate design above. Excellent condition with a tiny base chip. H 5 1/8".
