Rare Three-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Pitcher, attributed to the Remmey Pottery, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1865, finely-potted ovoid pitcher with rounded foot and heavily-tooled collar, decorated with a large two-stemmed floral design extending up the front. Collar decorated with large swags. Impressed "3" below spout. Unusually large and impressive size. Excellent condition with a faint horizontal hairline in handle. H 15".
