Three-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Tulip Decoration, attributed to David Parr, Jr. or Keesee and Parr, Richmond, VA, circa 1865, cylindrical crock with squared rim and applied lug handles, decorated with a large brushed cobalt tulip extending across the front and back. Additional swag decoration under each handle. Restored top-to-bottom crack on one side, connecting to restored cracks on underside. Chip to end of one handle. H 13 3/4".
