Two-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Elaborate Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to David Parr, Sr., Baltimore, MD, circa 1830, ovoid pitcher with flared collar and tooled line below rim, decorated with large vertical tulip designs on the front and sides. Cobalt swag motif around rim. Desirable large size with strong decoration. Restored handle. Small base chips. Minor stone ping to front. Shallow, in-the-firing chip to interior of spout. H 13 3/4".
