Glazed Redware Pitcher, probably Jacob Medinger or his Father, Limerick Township, Montgomery County, PA, second half 19th century, ovoid pitcher with flared collar, pronounced foot, and heavily-ribbed handle. Coggled molding at base of collar and coggling near pitcher's midsection. Surface covered in a reddish-brown lead and manganese glaze. Shallow nick to handle. Fleck of glaze loss to spout. Crazing to surface. H 7 3/4".
