Glazed Redware Pitcher, attributed to Jacob Medinger, Limerick Township, Montgomery County, PA, late 19th century, ovoid pitcher with flared collar, rounded foot, and heavily-ribbed handle. Coggling below rim, along molding at base of collar, and around body of pitcher. Decorated with streaks of manganese over a green and orange ground. Surface covered in a clear lead glaze. Stylish form and strong color. Near mint condition with a small fleck of glaze loss to top of rim. H 10 3/4".
