Glazed Redware Pitcher with Incised Federal Eagle Decoration, attributed to Jacob Medinger, Limerick Township, Montgomery County, PA, late 19th century, ovoid pitcher with rounded foot, ribbed handle, and coggled bead below collar, decorated with a finely-incised federal eagle holding olive branches in its talons and a banner in its beak. Surface decorated with drips of manganese and covered in a clear lead glaze. Mint condition. H 6 3/4".
