Two Pieces of Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware, attributed to the Fulper Bros. Pottery, Flemington, NJ, circa 1880, a straight-sided, four-gallon crock with applied lug handles, decorated with a stylized cobalt floral design, paired with a six-quart stoneware jar with similar design. Four-gallon crock with very light flaking to front, flaking to surface, particularly visible on reverse, a large rim chip, and a short, in-the-firing separation line at base. Six-quart jar with minor bubbling to decoration. H (of four-gallon crock) 11 1/4".
