Two Glazed Redware Jars, attributed to the Bowman Pottery, Boonsboro, MD, circa 1860, small-sized, ovoid jars with tooled feet and rounded rims, both covered in a lead glaze. One jar with small base chip, wear to rim, and light wear to surface. Other jar with rough unglazed areas on rim, due to wear from usage or stacking in kiln. Jar also has a rim chip, stone ping to surface, and other wear to surface. H (of both jars) approx. 3 1/2" each.
