Rare Shenandoah Valley Multi-Glazed Redware Washbowl, attributed to J. Eberly & Co., Strasburg, VA, circa 1890, wheel-thrown bowl with applied soapdish and scrollwork attached to rear, along with balls of clay and open strap handles with faux screws applied at the sides. Covered in cream, green, and brown colored slips with clear lead overglaze. Excellent color. One handle reattached with restored ball of clay behind it. Repair to section to the left of soapdish and to soapdish itself. Diameter 11 1/2".
