Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware "Ice Water" Cooler with Incised Decoration, attributed to the Wingender Pottery, Haddonfield, NJ, late 19th century, keg-form cooler with coggled and incised banding to shoulder and base, the midsection with incised foliate design flanking the inscription, "Ice Water." Base with bunghole molded in the form of a bearded man's face. Impressed "2" at base. Cobalt highlights throughout. Includes wooden spigot. A thin 4 1/2" crack from rim on front. A few tiny nicks to face-form spigot. Surface lines to underside, not visible on interior. Some scattered exfoliation to interior base. Some staining below rim. H 11 1/2".
